Citrus Group are Leaders in Contact Centre recruitment and as such have partnered with this fantastic organisation who are now seeking 2 experienced Team Leaders to join the Business.

This role will see you leading a team of 15 Agents within Financial Services. You will be working across a range of products from pet, home & contents and travel insurance. 

This is a fast paced and dynamic Contact Centre environment and your ability to coach agents to customer experience success is essential. 

You will be responsible for supporting your Team to achieve KPI's across a number of metrics including quality and compliance.

If you have a minimum of 2 years local experience as a Team Leader in a Contact Centre environment, then we want to hear from YOU!

This centre is open 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday
