A new opportunity exists for an energetic and confident Outbound Customer Service Representative with a well developed call centre experience.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing superior levels of customer service by resolving customer issues and answering inbound calls as well as call potential customer leads.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- All outbound customer service calls to existing and new clients;
- Coordinating with various departments within the business to ensure leads are followed up in a timely and efficient manner;
- Entering customer leads into the system and liaising with the customer regarding appointment times;
- Utilise appropriate selling techniques including up-selling and substitute selling;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service Team.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have/be:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills;
- Creative problem solving skills;
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;
- Good telephone manner and ability up sell product opportunities;
- Ability to work both independently as part of a team environment;
- Well developed Call Centre experience;
- Desire to consistently achieve sales budgets, targets and KPI's.
