As a Customer Service Representative you're not only the face and voice of SNP Security but also Australia's largest airport. Energy & enthusiasm are essential for delivering unexpected levels of customer service to the thousands of local and international travellers you will have the opportunity to meet each and every day.

You thrive in a fast paced environment by safely assisting travellers in preparation for border protection, the security screening process, ensuring maximum efficiency and supporting any enquiries with a positive attitude and high level of personal integrity. The role is to perform duties relevant to the security of persons and property at the airport as defined by the contract with Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (SACL). The Customer Experience Aviation Division encompasses the International and Domestic Terminals at Sydney Airport.

We offer permanent part time positions with rotating shifts of between 4 to 12 hours in length. Start and finish times range from 4:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilies:

  • 24 hour VIC Pass Management
  • Lost Property Management
  • Ad-hoc Gate Kits - management, distribution and reconciliation
  • Key, Access Card and Equipment Issues - management, distribution and reconcilitation
  • Vehicle Towing and Retrieval - payment processing
  • Customer support
  • After hours phone support
  • Express Path - Arrivals and Departures
  • Customer Facilitation and Preperation

You must be available to start training in September 2018

To be part of the team you must also have a valid Driver's Licence, reliable transport and a valid Police Clearance if you have resided outside of Australia for longer than 6 months in the last 5 years.
