Our client is a leading Collections Agency seeking a highly motivated individual to join their firm. Get the opportunity to work alongside a strong and experienced team of client servicing professionals.
What we are looking for?
- A candidate with Strong Customer Service and Collection Skills (1-2 years in a service industry)
- Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to debt collection
- Ability to locate a debtor using lawful and fairs means
- Attend to customer queries over the phone
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls
- Make outbound calls to assist clients with arrears
- Assist with payment arrangement plans
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and targets
- Ensure compliance with debt recovery guidelines
