Collection Officer
Multiple opportunities for Collection Officers to work for one of our leading clients in the CBD
Your new company
We now have multiple vacancies for Collection and Recovery Officers to join one of our leading clients right in the heart of the CBD.
Your new role
You will effectively liaise with businesses and individuals to recover outstanding debt. You will be accountable for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds and determine reasons for non-payment. The position will also require you to educate individuals of the consequences of non-payment and also to recommend appropriate legal action when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience. You may come from a sales or hospitality background where you have worked in a high pressured KPI environment. You must be confident, resilient with exceptional negotiation skills. High attention to detail is essential. All applications MUST HAVE a minimum 5 years continuous footprint in Australia.
What you'll get in return
This is a fixed term position starting on the 23rd July. You will receive a $48k base plus super. You will work in modern offices in the CBD, Monday to Friday rotating rota between the hours of 8am to 8pm.
