CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Macnaught Pty Ltd. is a 100% Australian-owned company based in Turrella, Sydney, which designs and manufactures a wide range of high quality equipment for the lubrication and fluid transfer industries e.g. grease, oil & fuel pumps and guns, hose reels and flow meters.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, an opportunity now exists for an experienced person to be part of a fast-paced customer service team. Areas of focus will be:
Customer Focus/Communication
*Order placement and responding to customer enquiries; resolving issues clearly & positively
*Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues such as stock availability and participating in the DIFOT process;
*Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system accurately after checking product availability & relaying information to the customer
* Ensure all documentation incl invoices, picking slips etc are despatched with the shipment
* Pronto ERP experience is preferred: Order Entry, Service module, warranty processing, export orders processing, RA’s, etc.
* Export orders processing, customs documentation, freight forwarders booking, shipping documents etc. essential.
* Experience in handling high volume of calls.
Systems & Processes
*Drive activities and metrics to improve productivity and customer service quality
* Create new processes and activities that will support business initiatives and achieve growth targets
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus and have:
- Minimum of 2+ years previous experience in a similar role
- Change management & performance management experience in a team environment
- Technically-oriented, well-organised & good attention to detail
- Experience in industrial – mechanical products preferred
- Computer literate with strong systems orientation - ability to operate Pronto, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook are essential
- Self-motivated but also able to work as a team member
