About the role:
- Work as a team to deliver outstanding service to our customers
- Helping customer with their questions and orders on our busy trade counter, over the phone and email
- Picking and packing orders
To be successful you will:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A burning desire to provide exceptional customer service
- The ability to learn fast
- Have good computer, number and problem solving skills
- Be physically fit and strong.
- Be fast and accurate
You may know fasteners, having used them as an engineer, boat builder, or builder. Or be from a similar environment having provided excellent customer service to tradespeople, timber merchant, engineering supplies company or electrical wholesalers.
