We are looking for a reliable long term team member to join our small but dynamic team, you will be working from home and your duties will include:

• Calling our warm to hot leads that we generate that are genuinely wishing for positive changes in their lives.
• Closing deals over the phone, all the while growing your commission
• Keeping track of your call cycle for potential clients
• Follow up on inbound leads
• Accurately processing and recording details of all calls and enrollments
• Responding and resolving queries in a timely manner
• Regular liaison with other team members via Workplace, Facebook and email
• Adhoc administration and sales support tasks as required

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes;

• Previous telesales experience is a must
• Previous experience or study in a health related field would be highly beneficial eg. Fitness Industry OR having gone through your own journey with Pilates, Yoga and wellness
• The ability to think fast on your feet
• A team player
• Display a professional and friendly phone manner with the natural ability to build rapport and ask questions
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Be capable of quickly learning products, systems, processes and procedures
• Display strong problem solving skills and commonsense
• Have strong computer skill
• Be highly organised and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Have strong verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Have had a stable work history
• Have a good sense of humour
