Pioneer Credit is an Australian financial services provider, specialising in acquiring and servicing retail debt portfolios. What you'll do:
As a Solutions Specialist, you will work together with our customers over time so they can meet their obligations and progress towards financial recovery. You'll spend a large portion of your time locating customers whose details are out of date, using a variety of online databases and tools. You'll also be making outbound calls to customers, negotiating payment plans to help finalise their accounts and progress toward financial recovery.
What you need:
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Highly professional communication skills
- Resilience and tenacity to find solutions and overcome obstacles
- Genuine empathy and an interest in working in partnership with customers
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Current police clearance certificate
- Ideally, you'll also have either previous experience in financial services or customer service/ sales experience
- The availability to work Tuesday – Friday from 3pm-7pm, and Saturdays between the hours of 7am-3pm with a start date of the 30th of July 2018
