Our client, one of the world's largest privately owned paper, packaging and recycling companies is currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team in Tullamarine.
The successful applicant will be the contact between the company and vendors and has the key responsibility of planning and executing the day to day collections requirements with a specific focus on reducing cost, service delivery, service improvement, speed-to-market and safeguarding capacity, quality and continuity in the long term.
You will be able to think quickly to resolve escalations/complaints and offer a resolutions whilst maintaining good communication and customer service of the highest level to companies internal and external customers
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Ability to deal with inbound escalation calls
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in report preparation
- Assertive and results driven
- Experience in Vendor, logistics co ordination and/or SAP would be highly regarded
This role is Monday - Friday with 38 hours each week. Your hours will be on a weekly rotational shift, 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm & 9am - 5pm.
