SNSW Grade 5/6 ? The package includes base salary starting at $75,749, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Primary Purpose of the Role 

 

 The Easy to do Business team, as part of the Service NSW Support Office, plays a pivotal role in representing Service NSW and it?s Delivery Channels, i.e. Service Centres, Middle Office, Contact Centres, & Digital, to deliver on the NSW Governments commitment to cut red tape, making it faster & easier to start, grow, stay and exit a business.

 

The Business Concierge will be client-facing and provide a range of project support and coordination within the different Delivery Channels & the Easy to do Business product team, including preparation of documentation, research, reporting, implementation and daily activities to achieve established project objectives.

 

The Business Concierge will also be required to deliver transactional services that provide timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to NSW customers, ensuring high levels of customer service delivery and the provision of a quality customer experience which is easy, convenient and as secure as possible, and should be able to utilise expert specialist knowledge to deliver a courteous, accurate and efficient resolution to customer enquiries through a range of media including phone, email, video, online click-to-chat and/or other channels.

 

Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

 

  • Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing project plans  Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring project plans to standards in line with SNSW Support Office methodology
  • Assist the product and engagement teams to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
  • Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues, and to facilitate consultation, exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
  • Demonstrated experience in providing valued service in a Support Office or front line service environment
  • Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority
  • Liaise with agencies & local government authorities regarding the referral of complex enquiries and transactions
  • Acknowledge, resolve and record customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues
  • Perform work as required in line with capabilities to contribute to the success of Service NSW objectives

 

Essential Requirements:

  • MUST be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen to apply for permanent roles within Service NSW.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, G-Suite, and VISIO
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
