Australian Truck & 4WD Rentals has 17 locations in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

What is this role all about?

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz Trucks. You will be based at our Campbellfield location. Specific focus will be on;

• Create a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers
• Complete rental and return transactions accurately
• Provide information regarding the rental
• Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers
• Resolve complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and the associated requirements
• Be able to work as part of a high performing team

 What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales
• Previous experience in the retail and sales field with the ability to assist customers with rental agreements
• Monitoring and organizing of fleet on a daily basis
• Keyboard skills are essential to perform reservations and checking in and out purposes.
• You must hold a full and current driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Adopting a flexible approach to working hours is required, as you will be working a 14 day roster.
