About you:
You're a great communicator and relationship builder, and you pride yourself on delivering exceptional results whilst operating in an ethical, personal and professional manner. You're also versatile and resilient, and you're energetic, well-presented and organised. You're passionate about providing genuine and tailored energy solutions to meet our customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Matching Momentum's product offerings with customer needs, arranging contacts and accurately adhering to sales and retention processes.
  • Managing inbound and outbound phone queues and achieving individual sales and retention targets for electricity & gas products.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity through phone queues
