Skills & Requirements
- Similar sales or call centre experience
- A natural communicator with a no-nonsense, direct and straight to the point approach to customer interactions
- Confident and motivated personality

About the opportunity
This is a full time Monday to Friday position based in Southport. You will be given 50-60 warm leads from customers who have requested a call from our team. Then explain sometimes, the harsh reality of the clients financial options based on their issues and convert them onto our services.
A snapshot of our incentive structure:
- Convert 9 sales a week and receive a $1000 extra bonus + commissions on top
- Convert only another 3 sales per week to receive an extra $1000 bonus + commissions on top
- Convert an additional 3 more sales per week to receive an extra $1000 bonus + commissions on top
