Matt Blatt is seeking a superstar Customer Service Consultant for our team in Alexandria. This is a stellar opportunity to join a high-performing team and become part of the Blatt brand – and family.

The Opportunity
We're setting the bar high. We're seeking a hands-on customer service star with a can-do attitude, a penchant for problem-solving, a genuine commitment to next-level customer service and a serious passion for furniture, homewares, design and décor (just like we do).
The customer service team operates as a boutique business, so you'll be sharing the responsibilities and rewards of contributing to a small business. We won't put boundaries on how you provide exceptional service to our customers, instead, we'll provide a constant stream of premium, contemporary products to play with (and sell!) under the expert coaching and guidance of your leader. And in this industry, we're pretty sure that's anything but the status quo.
About You
- Experience working as part of a team in an inbound telephone based contact centre environment or have a strong customer service background
- Contribute to profitability combining your exceptional communication, sales and customer service skills
- Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts according to peak and quieter trading hours
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience handling complex problems and working collaboratively to find a solution
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
