As one of Australia's largest packaging distributors and boasting extensive manufacturing facilities of its own, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Customer Service Officer.

The primary role of the Customer Service Officer within the team is to respond to a variety of customer requests and enquiries via telephone or in person over the counter. 

You will:

• Be highly motivated and successful in delivering customer needs and wants.
• Have an ability to work collaboratively within a tight knit team environment.
• Have a willingness to learn and an energetic personality.
• Have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Bring energy and a positive attitude.
• Be competent in Microsoft Office. (SAP experience desirable but not essential)

What we will ask of you:

• Answer all customer queries
• Process data entry of orders
• Be responsible for all tele-sales account and cash sales
• Quoting customer orders and showroom sales
• Coordination of back orders, credits and goods return
• Liaise with regional sales managers to ensure that all customer's needs are being met
• General Administration duties as and when necessary
