About this Retentions role:
  • Take inbound calls from customers and brokers who are enquiring about leaving
  • Make calls to customers who are flagged as at-riskBuilding rapport with customers 
  • Handling their objections in a natural manner  
  • Educate customers on the benefits within their existing product
  • Conduct loan comparisons for the customer
  • Negotiate to find the best outcome from customer and company
  • Feed back any changes to the relevant team for processing

The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least one year's experience in a Retentions role
  • Sales experience with strong customer service skills will also be considered
  • Working knowledge of the mortgage lending industry
  • An ability to work autonomously within a team
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • A bright, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
