As a Workforce Relationship Advisor you will be the first point of contact – via phone and email – providing information and support to contingent workers using our service. You will be provided excellent on the job training and join a supportive team in a busy and diverse customer focused role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service support and guidance over the phone and via email.
  • Respond to customer and client queries regarding payroll, timesheets,
  • on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Issue employment contracts and prepare contract extensions/ renewals.
  • Set up new files and process all administrative paperwork.

Key Criteria:
  • Proven experience providing phone and email support to a range of stakeholders
  • A positive can-do attitude and a strong customer service focus
  • A friendly and professional communication style
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • MS Office skills, IT savvy and able to learn new processes and systems
  • Able to work both autonomously as well as within a fast-paced team.

This contract will initially run or six months but with the opportunity to be extended.
