Our Contact Centre Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Experience Team Member who is excited by innovation and customer service, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in contributing to better customer and community outcomes.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers through our busy contact centre through webchat, telephone and email/traditional correspondence
  • Back office administration for customer accounts
  • Contributing to a strong, professional team which has a can-do attitude

Our ideal candidates will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A great personality and strong work ethic with a commitment to uphold the Western Water Values at all times
  • Previous experience in a customer service centre
  • The ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing processes
  • Great computer skills
