Our client operates in the Insurance industry and is currently seeking an enthusiastic customer service officer to join the team on a permanent basis. Based North of the river, this is an outstanding opportunity to kick start your customer service career with on going training and development in a call centre environment.
Description
- Answering high volume inbound calls
- Making outbound follow up calls
- Answering customer insurance enquiries
- Assessing building damage for insurance claims
- Managing your own portfolio of customer cases
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to see the process from start to finish
- High volume data entry
Profile
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer enquiries and objections
- A "can do" attitude
- the ability to multitask
- A genuine desire to progress within a company
- The ability to start as early at 5:30 am
