The Role

We are looking to recruit the best customer support talent in the market. As the voice of Better Caring you will manage inbound and outbound client and support worker queries. Operating in a highly customer-centric and agile environment, you will deliver a customer experience that continually exceeds expectations.

You will be proactive, a critical thinker and a great problem solver. The role will give you the opportunity to work across a number of teams and functions including marketing and technology. You will be digitally savvy and interested in an opportunity that will open doors for further development and career opportunities at Better Caring. About You

  • You pride yourself and gain great satisfaction in providing amazing customer service.
  • You care about your customers and therefore always follow up on their enquiries and will stay back to get things done.
  • You are good at following scripts but are a confident communicator and critical thinker who can solve things on the spot if needed.
  • You like to work in an environment where there are clear and well thought out processes to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • You have good insight and know when necessary to escalate customer queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • You are resilient and a self-starter. You are motivated to get things done.
  • You are great at using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • You love working in a small, collaborative team who enjoy having fun and supporting each other.

Your Background

  • We would prefer you to have two years' experience in customer contact centres or can demonstrate to us that you are an amazing communicator and can connect with people.
  • Better Caring is a technology business, therefore, we love digitally savvy people and people who are curious to learn.
  • You need to be confident in using Microsoft office products and Salesforce or can demonstrate an ability to pick similar systems up quickly.
  • You are a good listener, problem solver, critical thinker and people's person.
  • Ideally, you have worked in the aged care or the disability sector in a similar role
  • It goes without saying you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
