The position..

• Customer Service role within Construction department
• Liaise with Clients, Supervisors and Sub-Contractors direct
• Manage your own portfolio of jobs
• Meticulous note taking and record keeping
• Prepare handover packs including all associated certificates
• Managing client expectations
• Deliver 5-star service every time
• Mature minded & reliable
