Based in Mulgrave and reporting to the National Manager – Customer Support / Ultimate Customer Experience; you will actively promote a culture of customer care within the National Customer Support Department (NCS). Customers include our dealer network and vehicle owners.

You will develop and maintain strategic initiatives to achieve organisational objectives, provide strategic direction, leadership and management, and engage stakeholders to ensure that objectives are achieved. In addition, you will monitor the performance of key programs, and manage and develop the annual Goodwill budget.

The key to success is outstanding team leadership, coupled with the establishment of strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Degree qualified (in a business related discipline), it’s clear that you have tremendous passion for the Automotive industry and your 5+ years of contact centre management experience will be well utilised. It goes without saying that you’ll be a first class communicator – a true professional with the capacity to influence and negotiate with a wide audience. Your sound understanding of Australian Consumer Laws (ACL) and dealership sales and service operations, will stand you in good stead.
