Customer Service Representative
Our Client

This leading Australian business is at the forefront of Innovation and Engineering in their fields. They have exceptional product ranges and good footprints which are currently being expanded in both Europe and US markets. With strong growth being experienced and only anticipated to get stronger, this company is looking to identify 2 customer oriented customer service professionals to work in their growing customer service team in South West Sydney.

The Role on Offer
Reporting to the newly appointed and highly regarded Customer Service Manager and working within a strong team with established systems your role will be to provide the best possible customer service experience to people who may be ringing in for technical support, to buy extra components or find out about products they are looking to buy. Product training will be provided. You will be based at modern offices working with an friendly, dedicated team that is currently embarking on a large growth program for the coming years.

Remuneration on offer

  • Base salary of $60K + Super


Selection Criteria
To be successful in you application for this role you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an service coordinator role in a customer service oriented technical business
  • Candidates who have held service coordinator positions in HVAC, Automotive or Business Machine industries are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent user level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • You are highly customer focuses with a "do what needs to be done" attitude - you are comfortable working on the phone
  • You have a proven ability to multi task and learn quickly
  • You like to be busy and have good ability to retain information and learn quickly.
  • A fun, bright and friendly personality coupled with a willingness to accept and embrace an ever changing environment.
