Hanrob Pet Hotels, a national provider of professional pet care, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional that would suit someone who enjoys a mix of hands on calls, motivating people, devising strategies, as well as executing campaigns and initiatives to drive and exceed strict sales targets. 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be highly energetic, analytical and a confident decision maker.
• Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Enjoy creating confidence and encouraging peers to achieve the same success.
• Have proven ability to mentor, coach and develop a diverse sales team.
• Have excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Be adept at reporting and analysing individual and team results and implementing new sales initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a contact centre environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team to achieve the company's sales targets by leading by example, and motivating sales staff.
• Engaging our customers by providing the best services for their pets to achieve a high sales conversion rate. The reservations activities cover a range of sales strategies via online and phone enquiries
• Support managing the Reservations Centre's 500 to 750 enquiries per day alongside the National Sales Manager .
