The Company

Our client’s Sydney team are currently recruiting for an exceptional Service Concierge to manage and be responsible for providing A Grade customer service and promote our client’s brand in their brand-new show room.

The Role
As a Service Concierge, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively greeting customers and ensuring they are comfortable
• Booking in customers’ services
• Processing online bookings
• Building rapport and working with the service team
• Engaging with other staff members to ensure they are aware of vehicle movements

You
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Experience within the automotive industry essential!
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with high end customers
• Bilingual abilities are highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications preferred
