Here’s where you come in…

Working out of our state of the art head office in Sydney Olympic Park, the primary responsibility of the Outbound Customer Sales Representative is to uphold the legendary member experience whilst maximising all sales opportunities and contributing to the awesome culture within the existing team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Outbound calls from existing and lapsed members with regards to their Roadside Assistance Membership.
  • Take responsibility for delivery of exceptional member experience, showing respect for all members, customers and fellow NRMA colleagues.
  • Identify and actively pursue sales opportunities including cross-selling.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision making skills.
  • Provide first point resolution to all members/customers.
  • Resilience and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
  • The ability to multitask and pick up new computer systems quickly.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge in a versatile and evolving sales environment.
  • Previous experience with predictive dialling system.
To be successful for this role you will have:

  • Available to work 35 hours between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday
  • Previous sales experience (preferably in a contact centre environment) with solid understanding of the sales process
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Drive and passion to succeed
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve Sales KPI’s
