Seeking sales professionals to help grow a digital marketing company, based in Melbourne CBD.
Your new company
Our client is one of the leaders in web platforms used by large mission-lead and not-for profit organisations to market, promote and utilise their services. Originating from the UK, they are growing rapidly worldwide and setting down foundations here in Melbourne CBD. They are currently seeking multiple Contact Centre Sales professionals to join their team.
Your new role
You will be required to conduct outbound calls to mission-lead and not-for-profit organisations, identifying their ultimate mission and establishing their needs. You will then assess their current web based solutions for generating support and ultimately share and market these organisations’ solutions. You will be required to apply the sales process in a consultative manner and be focused on delivering a quality service rather than being transitional. Your primary responsibility will be to arrange webinars with your customers to participate in an interactive presentation with the account executives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Passion for the not-for-profit area and have a genuine interest in helping these bodies to gain additional support Contact centre or Telemarketing experience is required
- Experience working with team and individual KPIs and targets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
