Your new role
As the service coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Taking in maintenance requests
- Managing and scheduling the contractors and technicians for their jobs weekly and assigning work orders to technicians
- Project managing small to medium projects including installations and servicing
- Organising preventative maintenance for jobs that have been requested from clients and customers
- Liaising with building contractors, tenants and clients as well as technicians to organise scheduled maintenance
- Raising job orders, invoicing, data entry
- Sourcing and obtaining quotes
- Providing exceptional over the phone customer service

- You will need demonstrated experience in a similar position where you have scheduled trades or technicians
- Meticulous organisation skills
