As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to;
● Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
● Liaise with customers to ensure they receive the product they ordered in working condition if there has been a problem with original product or installation
● Work with the Customer Experience team to ensure great customer service
● Deal with ad hoc customer queries and work through to a resolution or escalate as necessary
● Attend to telephone and administration enquiries from installers and internal sales teams, and other internal stakeholders
Administration part of your role you are required to;
● Accurate entry and maintenance of all order / invoice and inventory records for audit purposes
● Ensure timely and accurate entry of all data and upkeep of records
● Assist in the management of installer runs nationally
● Attend to Sales Return Orders and raise sales orders for re-delivery and changeovers within 24 hours of return
● Entry of stock movements, i.e. receipt, dispatch, returns into Navision ERP system
● Liaise with internal teams to ensure the appropriate and timely management, investigation and completion of all outstanding SROs
● Other ad hoc tasks as requested
● Work as part of a team and support others
You will need to have the following attributes to be considered for this role;

● Intermediate computer skills
● Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction and quality customer service
● Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
● Accurate data entry and ability to maintain records
● Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
