A well established, highly successful Australian Owned business is seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills to join their small but efficient Sales team.

You will be required to promote products and services to existing and new customers via inbound and outbound calls as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with key account stakeholders.


Key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating and servicing inbound product orders
• Responding to customer email, web and inbound phone enquiries
• Preparing, sending and following through sales proposals
• Selling company product and services to existing and potential clients
• Reporting
• Maintaining customer records and activity in the database
• Communicating new product and service opportunities 
• Meeting sales KPIs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, time management & organisation skills
• Ability to cross sell and up sell
