This role is responsible for providing superior customer service and assistance of IP Voice delivery related enquiries from customers and account managers through the management of inbound call queue, various ticketing/order management systems and email drop boxes.
  
Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Management of inbound call queues
  • Identifying Customer needs and delivering solutions
  • Provide a seamless on boarding experience for customers.
  • Offered tailored advice to customers about the IP Voice product suite.
  • Make outbound on boarding calls for all IP Voice.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of customer order from Sales to first invoice
  • Action service and provisioning type requests which include add/moves/changes for IP Voice and Associated Products
  • Assist in all provisioning enquiries across the entire spread of products available
  • To update the customer and maintain accurate and current notes in all accounts that are dealt with 
  • To follow Trade Practices Act, M2 Charter, Privacy Acts and ACIF Codes 
  • Follow up of external/internal issues within set service level agreements 
 
Key requirements:
 
Essential for your success, you will possess; 
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service 
  • Strong  time management skills
  • Ability to be pro-active
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • 1 years of experience within a Customer Focused role, supporting Voice, Data or Mobile
  • Experience within a call centre environment within the Telecommunications industry
  • Ability to Multi-task and prioritise effectively
 
Knowledge in all/some of the following products; Inbound, Multiline, PSTN, ISDN, ADSL, Mobile (GSM/3G) or Hosted Voice(VOIP) would be desirable
