We are a commercial debt recovery agency located in West Burleigh seeking casual collections staff for all shifts: morning/afternoon/evening shifts. A high level of computer competency if essential, including above average typing skills and the ability to think on your feet.
The position is fast paced and you must be able to multi-task. You will be required to liaise with both clients and debtors so a confident and professional telephone manner is a must.
Applicants should have an interest in the credit industry, be required to resolve disputes, skip trace, ensure promised payments are met and be successful in making demand for payment. Previous experience in similar role will be highly regarded.

The position would suit a school leaver, university student or those who require a little more flexibility in their work hours. 10-25 hours per week on a casual basis (4-5 hour shifts).
MUST BE AVAILABLE TUESDAY & THURSDAY 2pm - 7pm.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicants.
