ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Consultant, in our inbound Contact Centre you will be responsible for helping and communicating with our customers and advisers over the phone in relation to our contemporary financial service products, making our Contact Centre a key area that contributes to our organisation’s overall success.

After 6 weeks of participating in our paid training program you will then be ready to take incoming calls and start helping our customers with your in-depth knowledge of our products and services. You will confidently navigate through various sources of information and deliver solutions based on anticipating our customers’ needs.

Your level of resilience, customer centricity, ability to embrace change and the fact that you actively collaborate with others will ensure your success in this role.

IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR YOU

  • Your new role will commence in September (specific date yet to be determined), so you will need to be available to start by then if you are successful.
  • Permanent full time opportunity located at 2-12 Macquarie Street, Parramatta
  • The annual salary on offer is $50,470 + 12% super + 0-10% STI
  • Our Contact Centre runs on a ‘rotating roster’ which means you will be scheduled to work a maximum of 37.5 hours/week within the hours of 8.30am-7pm, Monday – Friday

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • If successful you will be invited to complete a short video interview that is reviewed by our Team Managers.
  • You will then be invited to attend an Assessment Day where you will learn more about us as a business, the role, the team and the working environment. It will also give us the opportunity to learn more about you.
  • Following our Assessment Days we will conduct reference checks and make offers to successful candidates.
