Elite Tile are a well established Tile and Flooring Wholesaler based in Wetherill Park. We are a small, hardworking, fun and dedicated team looking to build our business with a group of like-minded individuals.
ABOUT THE POSITION
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Wetherill Park. Taking inbound calls from clients and customers this is a true customer service role where you will be receiving and processing orders, resolving issues, completing order follow ups and closing the loop with our customers with outbound calls.
You will develop ongoing working relationships with our key customers and thrive in a high quality customer service environment.
ABOUT YOU
You will have previous experience in a customer service role with good administration skills. Good computer skills are essential, including a good knowledge of MS word and e-mail. Most importantly you will have a passion for delivering customer service and a positive and friendly approach.
