This role has two aspects for delivery - Lead Generation and revenue based Telesales delivery for a selected market.

For Lead Generation, responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads from prospective accounting and financial planning partners. These leads are generated from inbound web & phone enquiries as well as various marketing activities, such as events, webinars, social media, referrals, etc. As myprosperity generally achieves a high conversion of partner sign-ups from demonstration, the ability to effectively qualify the lead and setup a demonstration in a timely manner is critical to the success of this role. The role will also be required to answer product related sales enquiries and in some cases deliver short online presentations and/or demonstrations of the platform to prospective partners.

For Telesales delivery, focused on signing up new partners to myprosperity in a selected market. The successful candidate will possess exceptional presentation and sales skills and will be highly successful at running online product demonstrations. In addition, the role is responsible for qualifying, negotiating and closing partner agreements and stimulating client subscriptions (Pro deployment).

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound sales enquiries from prospective partners
  • Inbound lead qualification to maximise conversion of lead to demo

  • Book online or face-to-face demos and manage schedule with BDMs

  • Monitor all web, social & referral platforms to identify new leads

  • Monitor incoming calls and support tickets and forward as appropriate

  • Outbound execution of demand generation campaigns to drive new leads

  • Promote and follow up all webinars to prospective partners and qualify leads

  • Capture relevant lead data and maintain in CRM system (Zoho)

  • Achieve sales targets for new partner Agreements

  • Conduct high quality product demonstrations to prospective partners

  • Ensure standard demonstration setup & process is followed on every demo

  • Negotiate and close partner agreement with new partners

  • Ensure that presentation skills and product knowledge are kept up-to-date

  • Contribute positively to the team culture within the sales organisation and broader company

You will need

  • Telesales/Telemarketing experience

  • An interest in personal wealth industry and online software market

  • Proven sales performance

  • Process driven and takes ownership

  • Experience in inbound phone and email sales

  • Self motivated and takes initiative

  • Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for building relationships

  • Passion and desire to make a difference

  • Knowledge of Personal Wealth industry and web-based technology a bonus
