This is a responsible role where you will provide information and advice to enable the general public to understand and meet their taxation and superannuation needs. On a daily basis you will be taking calls, referring to legislation, checking information and accounts and responding to enquiries in a fast paced call centre type environment. 

You will thrive on working in a team environment and building sustainable relationships with clients.

The skills you need to succeed are:

• Customer focused with excellent telephone manner
• Fast learner
• Ability to listen and able to be responsive to clients changing needs
• Numeric and technical ability –able to investigate, audit and an assist in resolutions of technical issues
• Able to interpret and apply tax legislation and complete relevant documentation

Qualifications in taxation, law, accounting, business, commerce or economics will be highly regarded

• You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of at least 5 years
• Happy to undergo a national criminal record check
