This company is a fast growing fintech leader in the lending market who are seeking a strong admin and settlements officer. Based in North Sydney and close to public transport, this role will see you become a pivotal part of their growth and success. You will utilise your exceptional administration skills to manage the settlement of loans and your superior communication skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. You will be joining a high performing operations division that also offers a supportive team-based work environment. This opportunity is perfect for those with some banking or financial services experience who want to take their career to the next level.

As an administration and settlements officer, this role will see you:

  • Managing the settlement piece of business loans
  • Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhering to AML, CTF and company policies and procedures
  • Proactively reporting account discrepancies
  • Delivering accurate and timely work
  • Working collaboratively in a team

To be successful, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Asset finance or trade finance experience is advantageous
  • Friendly, can-do attitude!
