Great opportunity for an individual with extensive call centre experience to join a large organisation in Macquarie Park as a Collections Representative on a 6 month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and monitoring allocated delinquent accounts
Performing inbound/outbound calls
Entering in correct customer details
Ensure quality customer service in all conversations with customers
Making decisions on action that needs to be taken with delinquent accounts and passing outstanding debts for further action

Key Requirements:

Call Centre experience is necessary
Self motivated and results driven
Ability to work under pressure
Financial services experience is desirable
Great communication skills
