A lively team are currently looking for passionate customer service people to assist customers with their everyday banking needs.

Your new role
This is a highly customer focused position taking inbound calls from consumer customers using the banks systems and processes assisting with everyday inquiries including account queries, transactions and internet accounts. You will receive a high volume of calls, accurately updating contact details and escalate complex issues where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with finances and in a customer service based role and have capability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a busy workload. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive relationship and rapport with your customer.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a great pay rate of $27.55 per hour + super and loadings.
