Our client is a major supplier of DIY Flatpack kitchens & cabinets. They currently are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work Mon-Fri at their Campbellfield facility in their Technical Department.
The position will be working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster where starting times can vary from 7.30am-10am in the morning and finish between 3.30pm-6pm in the evening.
The successful candidate will be responsible for yet not limited to:
- Deal with all after sales support inquiries
- Remain familiar with all warranty terms and conditions and adhere to the company's policies and procedures by providing consistent customer service
- Follow-up within 24 hours on all inquiries and escalate to Customer Service Manager prior if you can not achieve a result to company expectations.
- Provide advice and technical support to the customer over the phone and email on all product ranges
- Deal with conflict in a professional and calm matter
- Attention to detail needed for all database and email correspondence
- To continually keep up to date with product knowledge through means of training and familiarity with all new and existing product ranges.
