A great opportunity to join a reputable, world wide finance company has risen and we are now needing 4 experienced Customer Service Representative's to join a team based in Macquarie Park. 

This company is one Australia's leading automotive and car finance companies. They offer a range of different finance solutions and products to their customers. 

About the position:
  • Provide strong customer service while answering customers questions and inquiries via calls and emails in regards to their loans, applications and insurances
  • Arranging the best form of payments for your customer's loan balance payments
  • Working towards KPIs to ensure quality targets are achieved and followed during every call
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are followed and applied under Law Acts
  • Informing customers on other products and services the company offer
The ideal candidate:
  • Will have 2 years customer service experience preferably in a Call Center environment  
  • Has the ability to relate to and build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Will be able to demonstrate previous success in their industry 
  • Collections experience and Financial Service experience is highly desirable
  • Must be a Permanent Resident of Australia
Nuts and Bolts:
  • Macquarie Park location
  • Monday to Friday so no weekends
  • 7.5 hour days between the hours of 8.30am - 7.00pm
