This Global Market Leader in IT Outsourcing & Health software solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Support Analyst (Level 1/2) to provide support for customers in Independent Health practitioners offices and surgeries etc. 

The customer support consultant would be primarily responsible for the logging of incidents into the ticket logging applications for our Healthcare clients. Provide functional support and problem resolution via telephone, email and remote PC access utilising company applications and services. 

The role requires someone to provide customer service to customers who will mostly be phoning from Allied Health businesses for assistance with their Health Fund claiming systems. There is a lot of administrative type queries and very simple training with our health fund claiming system. Technical knowledge really isn’t a high priority for this role. If you have customer service skills (phone) then you are 80% of the way there. Training would be provided to support the claiming system which is very basic. 

Required Skills: 

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service / Support role over the phone, via email with great communication skills. 
  • Ideally a receptionist from a medical or allied health facility would be perfect but not essential
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, conflict management and rapport building
  • Customer facing support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to think logically and laterally as required
  • Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and delegate appropriately
  • Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a geographically disparate team
  • Ability to prioritise your workload
