About the Opportunity
Amgrow is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Officer to join the Pest and Turf team in Malaga W.A. This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented customer service person to advance their career within the sports turf, amenity horticultural and pest control sectors. We have valued, long term customer partnerships and new customers, within all sectors.
This position has duel reporting as it assists both our Pest and Turf sectors within Amgrow. Reporting to the Malaga Pest Branch Manager and the Turf Customer Service Manager (based in Sydney).
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:-
- Entering customer orders,
- Over the counter sales to pest control companies,
- Supporting the Territory Managers in their selling role,
- Ensuring customers are kept up-to-date with the current status of their order,
- Managing inbound customer enquiries & complaints,
- Following up on customer enquiries where required,
- Administration and email correspondence and providing quality service with every interaction.
To be successful in this role you will have:-
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the Exact operating system and
- Knowledge of the pest control and/or, sports turf/amenity horticulture sectors would be an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are adaptable to various customers, consumers, sales representative and the finance team;
- Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm and a high level of self-motivation
- A results oriented person, who takes the initiative, and makes things happen
