We are looking for a Service Recovery Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis, where you’ll undertake a range of important account and customer management activities.

Sitting in our Customer Resolution team, you’ll be part of a department that puts people first. Together   we’ll continually explore new ways to make life better, both inside and outside Transurban. The impact you’ll have
  • You'll use your strong communication skills to gather information to understand customer feedback 
  • You’ll use your keen eye and attention to detail to analyse and review information to identify trends
  • You’ll use your initiative to identify areas of process improvement and liaise with the business to implement change
  • You’ll be engaged with the customer and act as a spokesperson and “voice of the customer” to ensure their experience is aligned with Transurban’s core values

The talents you’ll bring
  • You’ll have a background in a fast paced, high volume, customer focussed role, and ready for a more challenging opportunity 
  • You’ll join us with some experience in resolutions or complaints management, with the ability to understand complex and technical processes, systems and workflows
  • As a strong communicator, you'll be able to clearly convey your message to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 
  • Being inquisitive, analytical and a natural problem solver – you’ll enjoy investigating and challenging existing business processes and systems and proactively suggesting enhancements
