This cloud based software can be used across any device and redefines how their clients and extended consumers operate on a day to day basis. 

This award winning organisation is experiencing an exciting period of growth and as such, we are on the lookout for an experienced phone based sales consultant to join their team based in Hawthorn, as an Inside Sales Specialist.

This role will see you work with warm leads that are generated through website and inbound phone inquiries as well as various marketing activities, as you qualify and develop potential prospects for the National BDM team. 

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proactive in their approach, a self-starter, able to work autonomously and have a strong technical ability. They will feel comfortable answering product related questions and have long term growth aspirations within the organisation. 

Key requirements

• Previous experience working within an inbound or outbound, phone based sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to quickly build rapport
• A proven sales ability as well as a determination to grow and develop within an organisation
• Process driven, strong organisational skills and accountable 
• Self motivated, a self start and a strong sense of initiative 
• Knowledge of personal wealth and financial industry or online software is a bonus but not essential
