Part time call centre role in a busy government department

Your new company
You will join a team of enthusiastic individuals in a busy contact centre within a Government Department.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact managing customer queries in this busy government department.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will have:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • You are personable and approachable
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • You are an excellent mutli-tasker who can work in a high pressure environment
