About The Role:

The CIC is a 24-hour, 7-day, 365 days a year operation. Customer Information Officers will be required to work rostered shifts covering any time over the 24-hour period. Customer Focused Services Resolve as many enquiries as possible at the first point of contact.

You will also be required to accurately record customer details, issues, feedback and complaints in corporate systems. Prepare correspondence and emails to customers on the behalf of our clients leadership team.

To Be Considered For This Opportunity You Must Have Demonstrated Experience In A Similar Position With The Following Skills: -

Microsoft Word and Excel: - Intermediate/Advance User
