We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join an inspiring team. Our client is Australia’s leading business strategist specialising in coaching, training and supporting small to medium businesses in growing their business. They provide world class business events in Australia and internationally. You will have the opportunity to work in fantastic brand new office based in Pyrmont, have access to an onsite gym and meals provided.

This is a diverse role where you will be supporting a busy team by ensuring outstanding customer service to their clients, providing sales and administration support for their entire business range. We are looking for someone who is a high achiever, super organised and loves a challenge. 

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to –

  • Responding to inbound telephone and email queries from customers relating to events, product enquiries, membership site access and other queries
  • Identify queries that could be a potential sale and pass to Sales Team
  • Pass on feedback from customers to leadership team
  • Managing and assisting with Key Note / Speaker enquiries
  • Create EchoSign documents, handling transfers, cancellations and event queries
  • Appointment Setting and Booking
  • Liaising with participants to welcome them after purchasing an event ticket and answer any queries before the event
  • Processing sales from Sales team by email
  • Conduct client experience check in calls
  • Ad-hoc events support with uploading event registration lists to Infusionsoft, tagging, handling any customer service issues.
     

What you must have:

  • At least 12 -18 months previous experience providing customer service support in a  busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients
  • Be tech savvy and have advanced MS Office Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Be solutions focused, proactive and a high performer
