In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with a team of highly committed, customer focused individuals who continue to exceed their customer's expectations through hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• High level of stakeholder engagement
• Internal and external customer service
• Inbound Customer Service
• Maintain client management system
• Respond to queries via email and telephone
• General administration

   
Skills & Experience:

• High-level communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service based role
• Strong keyboard skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Enthusiastic and committed to exceeding expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment
